Trash Container Rules

We would like to kindly remind everyone of their obligation to adhere to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (DCC&Rs) as outlined in the Lakeshore Terrace governing documents. As a community, we are committed to maintaining a beautiful environment for all residents.
Trash Containers Rules and Regulation - Article 7, Section 7.28:
• Trash Disposal: All trash must be placed entirely within the designated receptacle.
• Placement for Collection: Trash containers may be placed out no earlier than the evening before collection day and must be returned to their storage location by the end of the collection day.
• Location: Trash containers should be placed curbside in the designated area for pickup, ensuring they do not obstruct sidewalks or driveways.
• Storage: Trash containers must be stored out of view (either in the garage or behind an enclosure) when not in use.
Note: The Board of Directors may issue a violation and increase the penalty against a unit and its owner if the rules and regulations are not followed. We appreciate everyone's cooperation in keeping our community safe and beautiful!
